POLICIES:

WAIT TIME
Waiting time charges on airport transfers begin 45 mins. after landing for
domestic arrivals and 60 mins. after landing for international arrivals.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged on all reservations cancelled with less than 8 hours notice. Full trips cost will be charged for all reservations cancelled less than 4 hours notice.

NO SHOW POLICY:
If a customer fails to show at scheduled place and time, full trip cost wil be charged to the client including wait time, tolls, parking and gratuity.
