All the artwork/design worth 100$
or less are pre-paid. Otherwise, its parted into two phases :
50% Upfront and 50% upon completion, after showing a LIVE demo and
before sending the original files.
Refunds can only be carried out within 30 days from payment. A full refund can be issued (never till date) for the following reasons :
- Failing to deliver a wire frame sketch within ten 10 days from order.
- Failing to deliver colored version within 7 days from approval of wire frame sketch.
- Failing to deliver source files within 3 days from approval of live demo.
Note : Pre-paid projects can be refunded completely on a valid request and before the refund is issued, the client is required to fax back a signed company document, details of which will be provided when required.
