  • Do you offer refund if the project is terminated because of family emergency on the part of the client?

    Answer: We emphatize, but no. We understand that things happen unexpectedly. But, we have to also consider that the design artist has already spent time doing the project. However, the project may be put on hold first and can be continued later. Kindly review our refund policy.
     

     
  • Do you do mock-up design before being paid?

    Answer: No, we don't. Doing speculative work without an assurance of being hired is unfair on the part of our design artists who will need to spend billable hours working on the design. The time spent doing the design is not recoverable. That's the purpose of a portfolio. If you want to see samples of our work, feel free to request a quote and mention that you want to look at our portfolio.


     
  • Do you allow creation of new ideas or revision for the same mascot (without charge) after the coloring stage?

    Answer: No, we won't do it for free. As a client who knows what you really want, you should carefully study the sketch we submit to you. Please ask for revision during the submission of first sketch if it does not suit your requirement. Once a sketch is edited, we assume that you want to go in that direction. And once the edited sketch is approved for coloring, everything else is final except for the colors. A request for new idea of the mascot after the coloring stage is considered a new project. Therefore, we will charge an appropriate fee.
